HB 113, 56th R.S.

Relating to permitting the collection of fees and commission by County Officers from the State or County for services rendered by such County Officers in connection with the acquisition of rights of way for public roads or highways, and in eminent domain proceedings; providing that such fees in Counties where the County officers are compensated on a salary basis shall be deposited in the Officers' Salary Fund of the County.
