SB 281, 57th R.S.
Relating to providing that if any motor vehicle is registered in Texas for any current year and the license fee paid thereon and such vehicle is destroyed or demolished, the owner of such vehicle shall be able to apply to the tax collector and get a credit memorandum representing the full months during which the vehicle will not be used; providing that the only use that can be made of this refund is to apply it to the cost of new licenses for certain other vehicles for that same year; providing for penalties.
