HB 166, 60th R.S.
Relating to requiring that school districts of this State, as herein defined, employ teachers by probationary contract or by continuing contract as herein defined, under the circumstances and procedures and with the terms, provisions, and consequences herein prescribed; stating the conditions under which persons holding such contracts may resign and the penalties for failure of such persons to resign.
