Reducing the membership of the Governor's Commission on Physical Fitness to three members, reconstituting and changing the name of the Governor's Commission on Physical Fitness to the "Commission on Physical Fitness, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Examiners" terminating the terms of office of the present members of the Governor's Commission on Physical Fitness with the effective date of this Act, providing for the appointment, term of office, powers, duties and authorities of the members of the Commission on Physical Fitness, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Examiners; providing for the appointment of an Executive Director of the Commission on Physical Fitness, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Examiners; abolishing the Board of Athletic Trainers; terminating the terms of office of present members of the Board of Athletic Trainers; transferring all powers and duties of the Board of Athletic Trainers prior to the effective date of this Act to the Commission on Physical Fitness, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Examiners; abolishing the Board of Examiners of Physical Therapy; terminating the terms of office of the present members of the Board of Examiners of Physical Therapy; transferring all powers an duties of the Board of Examiner of Physical Therapy to the Commission on Physical Fitness, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Examiners; prescribing the powers, duties and authority of the Commission on Physical Fitness, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Examiners; making other provisions relating to the organization, powers, duties and authority of the Commission on Physical Fitness, Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Examiners; repealing all laws in conflict.
