HB 443 41-0 (1929) Author: Harper, James W. Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of Morris County to issue bonds of said county for the purpose of funding or refunding indebtedness incurred for road and bridge purposes and to levy a tax in payment thereof, and providing that if the validity of the indebtedness to be funded by such bonds is not questioned in any suit or proceeding within sixty days from the adoption of the order of the Commissioners' Court authorizing the issuance of such bonds, then such indebtedness shall be conclusively presumed to be valid.
