SB 143, 38th R.S.
Relating to amending certain act regulating and supervising the sale and purchase in this State of stocks of corporations, shall not apply to any public service corporations doing business under the laws of this State, whose rates or charges are fixed or regulated by law or by any governmental agency of this State.
