HB 614, 54th R.S.
Relating to driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated; providing that any person who has been convicted of the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated and who shall thereafter drive an automobile while intoxicated shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction be punished by a fine and confinement in the county jail or the State penitentiary; amending the Drivers License Law to eliminate a provision for automatic suspension of license upon conviction for driving while intoxicated.
