Relating to authorizing the acceptance of the Battleship "Texas" by the Commission of Control from the United States Government and providing for establishment of same for exhibition as a permanent memorial for the purpose of commemorating the heroic participation of the State of Texas in the prosecution and victory of the Second World War; providing a saving clause.
