Proposition Prop. 25 - The constitutional amendment authorizing the legislature to permit the Amarillo Hospital District to serve certain residents of Randall County, to authorize Randall County to provide financial assistance to the district, and to authorize certain hospital districts to change their boundaries or jurisdiction with voter approval.
