SB 419, 61st R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Board of Regents of West Texas State University, subject to the approval of the Coordinating Board, Texas College and University System, to establish and maintain a school to be known as the School of Public Health to include a baccalaureate degree program in the field of nursing education, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, medical technology, and other programs in connection therewith, for the preparation of paramedical personnel; such programs to be held and conducted on the campus of West Texas State University, or in the Amarillo Medical Center of Potter County, Texas, as the Board of Regents may deem best and proper.
