Relating to the disclosure of information to the public by requiring the registration of certain persons who undertake to promote or oppose the passage of legislation or its approval or veto by Governor and by requiring the reporting of certain expenditures and contributions by those persons required to register and by members of the Legislature, elective state officers or state officers appointed by the Governor, and candidates for state office or the Legislature; providing for public records to be open to public inspection; prescribing penalties for violations thereof.
