Relating to making it unlawful to operate a vehicle for the transportation of pupils to and from any school or college without displaying a sign with the words 'School Bus' on the front and rear and each side thereof, and providing safeguards to passengers on entering or leaving same, from dangers caused by passing motorists, and providing penalties for the violation thereof.
