HB 256, 43rd R.S.
Relating to appropriating Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) per year, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the next two fiscal years for the purpose of promoting the public school interest of the rural schools and equalizing the school opportunities afforded by the State to all children of scholastic age living in small and financially weak districts.
