HB 601, 51st R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that no person shall have his name appear upon an official ballot as a candidate at a general election, primary election or a special election unless and until he shall file a loyalty affidavit with the same person with whom the law requires him to file his application for a place on the ballot as a candidate for office at a general, primary, or special election; providing for a saving clause; providing this Act shall repeal all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
