Relating to authorizing Lower Colorado river Authority to issue Bonds not to exceed Sixty Five Million ($65,000,000.00) Dollars in aggregate principal amount, repealing that portion of the Lower Colorado River Authority Act limiting amount of Bonds which may be issued by such District to Fifty Million ($50,000,000.00) Dollars and all other laws in conflict herewith.
