HB 46, 54th R.S.
Relating to constituting the owner of the soil the Agent of the State for the purpose of leasing all of the minerals, other than oil and gas, that may be upon and within surveyed public free school lands and asylum lands and portions of such surveys that have heretofore been sold with all minerals reserved to the State; providing for 3/4 of all bonuses, rentals, and royalties to be paid by the lessee to the State.
