Relating to amending certain acts so as to amend the occupation tax rate on sulphur produced within the State of Texas from One Dollar and Twenty-seven and Two Tenths Cents ($1.272) per long ton, or fraction thereof, to Five Dollars ($5.00) per long ton, or fraction thereof; providing a saving clause.
