HB 803, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending the Penal Code providing that hunting, fishing, trapping and other such licenses shall be automatically forfeited upon a finding that a person has willfully or by gross negligence violated any of the laws which the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission is charged with enforcing; providing for a penalty for the violation of any provision of this Act.
