Relating to providing for the better and more efficient operation of some of the State eleemosynary institutions; providing for establishing, locating and maintaining a State School for Cerebral Palsied; for the removal of the State Tuberculosis Sanatorium for Negroes, and authorizing the Board of Control to acquire a location therefor and to recondition and rebuild certain property for the purposes of this Act; establishing the East Texas State Tuberculosis Sanatorium for white persons; providing for the control and management of such institutions.
