SB 128, 33rd R.S.
Relating to prospecting and developing minerals on land owned by the State of Texas, by the public free school fund and University and Asylum funds, and upon such land as heretofore sold or may hereafter sell with reservation of the minerals in fresh water lakes and in islands, bays, marshes, reefs and sale water lakes; providing penalties for violations of the provisions of this Act.
