HB 680, 38th R.S.

Relating to authorizing all those persons, firms, corporations or associations of persons, who were awarded contracts to furnish text books to the State of Texas for use in the public schools of the State of Texas by the Texas State Textbook Commission at a meeting held by said commission in December, 1922, to bring suit in any district court of Travis county, Texas, against the State of Texas for the purpose of determining the legality of said contracts.
