Relating to composition of The University of Texas System; confirming the authority of the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System to arrange the administration, organization, and names of the System institutions and entities in such way as will achieve their maximum operating efficiency; providing that this Act shall be cumulative of all other existing laws; providing for severability; repealing all laws in conflict.
