Providing for increased penalties for second and third violations of the same statute or article in Title 13, Chapter 6 (Article 871 through 978n-2, Vernon's Texas Penal Code), generally known as the "game laws," during and five (5) year period; providing penalties under this Act to govern over those of Article 61, Vernon's Texas Penal Code of 1925; and declaring an emergency.
