Paying tribute to the life of service of Ernest LeRoy Sparks, and extend sympathy to the members of his family: his wife, Mrs. Agens Sparks of San Augustine; his son, Stephen Sparks of Houston; his four sisters, Frances Maxwell, Marie Lawrence, Betty Jean Cartwright, and Claudine Selden, all of San Augustine; and his two brothers, Beeman Sparks and Hugh Sparks, also of San Augustine; providing for copies of this resolution to be prepared for the members of his immediate family and that when the two houses of the Texas Legislature adjourn this day, they do so in memory of Ernest LeRoy Sparks.
