Relating to Title II of the Family Code, relating to the continuing jurisdiction of a court of this state over parties and children who continue to reside in this state, and upon dismissal of suit, and relating to the termination of the continuing jurisdiction of a court of this state over parties and chidren who are no longers residents of this state, and relating to the jurisdiction of a court of this state to modify a custody decree of another state; providing an effective date.
