"Doc" Relating to providing against nepotism and political activity on part of any officer or employee of the Association, and providing that the "Board of Directors" and the "Executive Committee" appointed by the Board of Directors of Texas Employers' Insurance Association, together with all duly appointed or elected officers of the Association shall be forever barred and prevented from serving as a Board Member, Officer, or Committee Member in any other insurance company of whatever nature, type, or description including Employers' Casualty Company.
