Remarks: This Act takes effect immediately, except Subsection (d-1), Section 366.185, Transportation Code, as added by Section 9.07, and Section 10.03(a) take effect only if House Bill 1886, Acts of the 80th Legislature, Regular Session, 2007, is enacted and becomes law.
