Relating to the licensing of licensed state land surveyors as defined in this Act and the creation, administration, powers, duties, and functions of the Board of Examiners of Licensed State Land Surveyors; providing a penalty; providing for examination and qualification of applicants for license; providing the jurisdiction, authority, duties, and compensation of a licensed state land surveyor; providing for bonding and for a seal of office; providing the authority and duties of a county surveyor and a county clerk; providing for revocation of license under certain circumstances and for hearings and appeals; providing for recording of field notes and access to records; providing for fees and their disposition; providing the extent of application of this Act.
