Empowering municipalities and other political subdivisions to adopt limits for noise exposure for certain land uses and to adopt and enforce noise zone regulations regulating the use of property in certain noise zones in the vicinity of airports; providing procedures for the adoption of noise zoning regulations; providing for appeals to boards of appeal, defining the powers of the boards of appeals; providing penalties for the enforcement of this Act and all ordinances and regulations promulgated thereunder; providing a savings clause.
