Relating to making an appropriation of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars to be used by the Attorney General for the purpose of paying costs and expenses in prosecuting the suit of the State of Texas for recovery of transfer, succession or inheritance tax against the Estate of Edward H. R. Green.
