HB 1047, 46th R.S.
Relating to granting permission to W. E. Gorham, a citizen of the State of Texas, to bring and prosecute suit against the State of Texas, and the State Highway Commission of Texas in any Court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas to ascertain the amount, if any, due the said W. E. Gorham for damages alleged to have been sustained by reason of injuries suffered, if any, while working for the State Highway Department on or about December 7, 1937.
