SB 153, 50th R.S.
Relating to appropriating the sum of Twenty-six Thousand One Hundred Six and 66/100 ($26,106.66) Dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay the principal amount of the judgment rendered against the State of Texas in favor of J. I. Case Company, in Cause No. 75,293, in the 98th District Court of Travis County, Texas, such judgment now being final.
