SB 303, 27th R.S.
Relating to providing for and authorizing the Northern Texas Traction Company to extend its electric road now owned and operated by it from the city of Fort Worth, in the county of Tarrant, State of Texas, through the counties of Tarrant and Dallas to and into the city of Dallas, in said Dallas county, in said State, and to empower said traction company to condemn lands and other property for the uses and purposes of said corporation, and to provide method therefor.
