SB 240, 36th R.S.
Relating to authorizing and permitting Mrs. Ethel Richburg to sue the State of Texas, in the District Court of Wood County, Texas, or in the District Court of Eastland County, Texas for damage for the death of her husband, who was killed by State Rangers on or about the 24th day of November, 1918, while said Rangers were acting in their capacity as Rangers of and without bond or other securities for their acts.
